Hours

Please call (928) 474-9605 to schedule an appointment time.  We understand that your time is very valuable and we try to see every appointment at its scheduled time.  Because we also handle emergencies that come into our clinic as a top priority, please be understanding if another patient has to be seen before your scheduled appointment.  We know that if your animal was facing an emergency situation you would want our full and prompt attention as well. 

Emergency Care

In order to provide the utmost care, we will still offer emergency care during regular business hours. In the event that your animal needs emergency care after hours, on weekends, or on holidays, you can rest assured knowing that a veterinarian is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Clients can call our regular office line and be transferred to Animal Referral & Emergency Center of Arizona, a 50 minute drive south on Hwy 87, just south of McKellips Rd, on the West side of the road. The veterinarians and staff there will assist you with your emergencies and give you instructions on having your animal treated.

Payment and Fees

At Star Valley Veterinary Clinic, our goal is for each patient to receive the best and most technologically advanced care available. We make every effort to ensure that our fee structure is fair, equitable and competitive. Charges are based on time, expertise and extent of supplies and services provided.

So that we can continue to provide you high quality service, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, checks, Visa, or MasterCard.

We understand that superior quality veterinary care is costly.  You are welcome to request a written estimate for any surgery or procedure at any time. Please feel free to discuss fees with our staff or any questions or concerns you may have regarding payment. We can help decide how to provide the best care for your pet's needs within your budget.
