Beth Kendall CVT......Bio in progress.
Honey Hanewinckel, CVT, is a native of Arizona, born and raised in Phoenix, until she moved to Payson, in the summer of 1989. Realizing her passion for animals early in life allowed her to pursue a career in animal medicine. Honey has been employed with Star Valley Veterinary Clinic since February 1998 and became a Certified Veterinary Technician in August 2001. She is currently the book-keeper, but has always enjoyed helping clients and their family members achieve great veterinary care, especially in all aspects of surgical and dental care.

While working at Star Valley Veterinary Clinic, Honey graduated Payson High School in 1999, held the title of Payson Pro Rodeo Queen in 1999 and 2000,  and received an Associates Degree in Business Arts in 2007. Honey married her husband Jon in April 2006 and they have three children: David 6, Amitee 3 and Kealli 1 year old. She enjoys reading, camping, and spending time with her family.

Janet Rislund CVT  I grew up and went to school here in Payson.  I was and still am a Payson Longhorn Football Fan.  After graduating from high school I moved to the valley to attend college.  I got married and had a son and daughter while living there.  My husband and I decided we wanted to raise our kids in a friendly small town atmosphere so we moved our crew to Payson in 1993.  I started my own childcare business and really enjoyed all of the children I had the pleasure of caring for.  We added more joy to our family in 1997 when I gave birth to twin boys.

After doing childcare for several years I decided I needed a change in careers.  Pets and animals have always been a passion of mine, so I wanted to start my new career in that field.  Dr Hallman gave me that opportunity in 2003 when he hired me at Star Valley Veterinary Clinic as an assistant.  Through work and home study I was able to challenge and pass the board test, both State and National and become a Certified Veterinary Technician.  I thoroughly enjoy my work and consider the staff here my extended family. Some of my favorite things to do are to perform dental cleanings, assist in surgery and general animal care.

I am a very family orientated person and spend a lot of my spare time playing games, doing puzzles, going for hikes and camping with my family.  I love being outdoors and enjoy photographing wildlife and nature.  I dream of someday traveling throughout the United States and visiting several, if not all of our National parks along the way.
