We are located 4 miles East of Payson in Star Valley at 103 South Walters Lane.

Directions from Highway 87 (Beeline Highway)

Turn onto Highway 260 heading East.  Proceed approximately 4 miles through Star Valley.  Turn right (South) on Walters Lane.  Look for the Moose Lodge to assist you in locating Walters Lane.  The clinic is on the left (East) side of the road directly across from Hellsgate Fire Department.
